Once perfectly matured, the roses are handpicked at their peak, then carefully dehydrated, preserved, and infused with dyes to maintain their vivid, stunning colors. This meticulous process ensures our roses last for years with no sunlight or water.

Keep your arrangement in a room-temperature environment, and if dust gathers after a few months, gently remove it with a duster. Keep the lid stored on the bottom of the box when displaying your flowers. Avoid watering the florals, exposing them to direct sunlight, or placing anything into them, as this may cause damage. Do not remove the florals from the box or vase, as they are securely arranged and best enjoyed as is.

Yes, our infinity Roses are 100% real. They are specially preserved to maintain their natural beauty, allowing them to last for over a year without any water or maintenance.

Yes our roses are sprayed with Diptyque Eau Rose Eau de Toilette infusing the arrangement with the scent of damascena and centifolia roses.

No, our arrangements are meant to stay inside the box to ensure they are not damaged and last over a year.

Orders take 3-6 business days to deliver via standard shipping and 1-2 days with express shipping.

We will fulfill orders placed before 1pm EST the same business day, otherwise they will be fulfilled the next business day.

Orders shipped out Friday via Fedex 1-day express shipping are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery and will likely be delivered Monday. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery as Fedex only offers Saturday delivery in a limited number of metropolitan areas.

Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 9a - 5p EST and is closed Saturdays and Sundays.

All our gift boxes include ground shipping free of charge. We have express shipping options that range from $8-$50 depending on the weight and size of the gift box.

Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped. We do try to work with the shipping carrier as much as possible to either have the package rerouted back to our warehouse of held at a local facility for pickup.

We understand how important timely delivery is, especially for orders placed with expedited shipping. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any delays in transit.

We know how frustrating it can be when an order is marked as delivered but can’t be found. Confirm your recipient has thoroughly inspected their front porch, garden, mailbox, and any other places a delivery might be placed. It's also a good idea to inquire with neighbors or building management — the package could have been accepted on their behalf.

Turnaround depends on the quantity and product stock. Many projects ship in 24 hours while others can take 10-14 days while we wait for products to arrive from vendors.

GiftDrop is a service we provide that allows you to send a gift instantly via text or email. Whether it's a birthday surprise, a token of appreciation, or a last-minute holiday gift, Giftdrop ensures your thoughtful gesture is received instantly and effortlessly.

No. At this time, orders placed on our website can only be shipped to a U.S. address.

We'll send you tracking details within 24 hours of your recipient accepting the gift. We will also notify the recipient of the tracking information so they can prepare for delivery.

We work hard to help your recipient accept a gift by sending a series of reminder emails or texts. If your recipient hasn't chosen a gift within 7 days your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged. We'll also send a copy of the Giftdrop link to you, so you can forward it to them yourself.

Gifts can be returned by you or the recipient for a complete refund within a 7-day period following delivery. Should the need for a return arise from a mistake on our part, we will cover the costs of return shipping. Please ensure items are sent back in their original packaging.
